How We Operate
Our car dismantlers process from start to finish:
- Pre-Dismantling Assessment -- Every vehicle is inspected to map out which components to recover, in what order, and what tooling is required.
- Depollution and Safe Isolation -- Fluids drained, battery disconnected, airbags deactivated. For EVs, the high-voltage system is isolated following manufacturer procedures.
- Sequential Component Removal -- Parts are removed in a planned sequence that prevents damage to adjacent components. Wiring looms, hoses, and brackets are preserved.
- High-Voltage Pack Removal (EVs) -- Lithium-ion battery packs are disconnected, lifted with rated equipment, and placed into fireproof, ventilated storage containers.
- Part Cleaning and Testing -- Each recovered component is cleaned, inspected, and tested before being catalogued for sale.
- Material Separation -- Metals, plastics, glass, rubber, and textiles are separated and sent to the appropriate recycling stream. Over 95% recovered by weight.
