Help with Paperwork
Our collection drivers patiently explain every document and are happy to take extra time with paperwork. If you have difficulty with forms due to vision problems or other issues, our driver can walk you through each section that needs your signature. Motability Vehicles
If your vehicle is provided through the Motability scheme, it belongs to Motability and cannot be scrapped independently. At the end of your lease, the vehicle is returned through Motability’s own channels. If you own a former Motability vehicle outright after the lease ended, we can scrap it normally.
Power of Attorney
If you are managing a vehicle on behalf of someone else under Power of Attorney, we accept POA documentation as proof of authority to dispose of the vehicle. Our auto salvage team is experienced with these situations and handles them sensitively.
