Before the Driver Arrives
Make sure the vehicle is accessible. Our collection trucks need reasonable access, so clear any cars blocking the way and ensure there is enough room for a flatbed. Have your V5C logbook, photo ID, and proof of address ready. Remove all personal belongings from the vehicle.
The Inspection

Paperwork
The driver will complete the necessary paperwork. You will need to sign a transfer form, and the V5C will be processed. If you do not have a V5C, the driver will complete alternative documentation and we will notify the DVLA directly. The entire paperwork process takes about five to ten minutes.
